They way most of the dead are remembered by their good traits, how their flaws are forgotten. Erased.

I don’t know why I want to die, I just know that there’s something wrong with me. And if I die it’ll come with me, and only the good parts of me will stay behind.

Maybe I want to be remembered, because I feel like an afterthought all the time.

I know everyone has their own life, they’re the protagonists of their own stories. But I’m not even the center of mine.

I am nothing and nobody.

I wish I could be. The center. Something. Someone.

It doesn’t have to be big, or even important. Just for me.

But I don’t know how to feel alive. Feel like I’m living.

I don’t know what’s wrong with me, but sometimes it feels like I can almost feel it in my chest. Like it’s a tumor that can be cut out.

But it’s not. And I don’t know how to fix me.

I know my death won’t fix it.
