pov: you’re scrolling on social media. you see someone talking about new total drama seasons. huh. you used to be pretty into that show a few years back. maybe you’ll rewatch a couple episodes sometime. the next time you’re looking for something to watch, you put on total drama and watch some that you recall enjoying. oh, these are actually not bad! you feel like looking for some fanart, so you go onto tumblr and search up total drama. the first thing you see is catboy fanart of the OC you made ten years ago who is literally sentient oatmeal. you close tumblr. you never watch an episode of total drama again. six years later, your children are watching something on tv. “what’s that?” you ask. “oh, just the total drama movie!” one of them exclaims. “o-oh?” you ask nervously. “what- what’s happening?” your daughter grins. “i think my otp is about to get together!!” “yeah? who? gwent? duncney? dundie? courtne? noerra? dentonoc-” you’re cut off because you were talking for way too long. “nocoatmeal!!” at that moment a plane crashes into your home and you die instantly.
