Ruby: Yeah! He just followed us up here a little while ago and it's awesome! He's like second dad!

Winter: I cannot say it has been a pleasure talking to you, Miss Rose, but I'm afraid our conversing will need to come to an end. Please only contact me in the future if you have a specific, urgent question regarding the party or if it is an emergency.

Ruby: Cuz it usually means they're happy?

Ruby: I call lotsa people cute though!

Ruby: My sister is cute when she plays with Zwei. Blake's cute when she plays with her kitty. Ren and Nora are just cute all the time! And even Uncle Qrow is cute when he's helping one of his students!

Winter: You said she would look cute because she'd be frustrated. That does not sound like 'happy' to me.

Winter: I'm sorry, but did you just say Qrow?

Ruby: Well, I mean, everyone kinda does. But it's Weiss's birthday, and i was trying to make an argument for playing the game, so I used her as an example!

Ruby: Heck, it wouldn't make much sense to you if I used Nora, right? I don't think you've met her...

Winter: Why would I care if my sister looks cute while playing a game?

Ruby: Its fun cuz people look silly trying to find the board! Sometimes they walk in the completely wrong direction and you have to get everyone to move outta the way so they don't get stabbed. And Weiss would look super cute getting all frustrated! And yeah, it's not so much fun getting laughed at, but everyone laughs at each other, so it's okay.

Ruby: Oh, and Sun is mine and Blake's friend. I don't think he'll be there.

Winter: ...I see.

Ruby: See? You're already helping! I think the arcade let's you book rooms for...functions.

Ruby: Darn. It's when you blindfold someone and they have to try to walk over to a picture of a donkey and pin it's tail on. It's so much fun! We don't let Sun play anymore though...

Ruby: Stuff like should I book a place, or just surprise her at her apartment? How do I make fancy food? Are we too old for pin the tail on the donkey?

Winter: Book a venue.

Winter: You don't. You hire a catering company.

Ruby: So you'll help?!?!

Ruby: I was thinking maybe the 24th? The 23rd is on a Thursday and I think more of our friends would be able to make Friday.

Winter: For Weiss' sake, I suppose I can offer my assistance.

Ruby: Oh, uhm, we could call it something else? Like a function! Yeah! And it doesn't have to be normal party stuff! Like no loud music or fog machines or anything.

Ruby: Just her friends and family gathered to show she's loved and appreciated?

Winter: I suppose 'function' could work.

Ruby: I don't think so? I mean, I guess it could've happened and I don't remember, but I always wear my helmet! And Yang would be super all over me if I had.

Ruby: I just wanna do something nice for her.

Ruby: So...Weiss's birthday is coming up soon, I mean, not soon-soon, but like two months, and I kinda think I know what I'm gonna make her, at least, I'm pretty sure, but that's not what I was gonna ask about, cuz I wanna do it on my own, but I did wanna know if you'd wanna help me throw her a party?

Winter: You want to throw a party.... for Weiss.
