TLDR: russian mentally disabled trans femme needs financial help to start their transition and seek political asylum in a safer country

Hello! My name is Rodya, I’m an 18 year old nonbinary trans girl (they/she) living in Moscow, Russia. Clearly, growing up in an oppressive violent state while also being marginalized, ostracized and struggling with discovering my gender identity without really having resources to explore it or a support system to help me throughout the way has been a challenge and has left me mentally scarred, fragile and without much energy to function. Adding on to the everyday discrimination and fear of hatecrime a trans femme person would get in an eastern european post-soviet country, there is a feeling of gut wrenching anxiety brought by new transphobic laws a senator called Elena Mizulina is trying to approve. The domestic violence I went through combined with severe levels of stress and also genetical predisposition to mental illness made me pretty much disabled. I suffer from a debilitating dissociative disorder called DPDR, as well as BPD, ADHD and Mixed Anxiety Depressive Disorder. So I’m asking for help as I’m unable to get the money elsewhere and these funds are crucial for my existence - gender dysphoria and living in a very transphobic environment are both things that can be fixed or alleviated and transitioning + immigrating would help me get on track start a normal, fulfilling life - what I’m going through now feels like mere survival. Anyway, on a more practical note, $2000 of the money I’m looking to raise would go to funding laser hair removal sessions, a medical commission that would give me permission to change my gender marker in my ID, booking an HRT (hormone replacement therapy) appointment with a trans friendly endocrinologist and buying the hormonal medication itself. The rest is more indefinite and I might raise the amount once I figure things out but basically, these funds would go towards me seeking political asylum in the USA, Canada or Europe and surviving there for the first few months while I wait for a work permit and look for a job. I was thinking about buying a flat back trailer for my family. We’re Navajo and we live on the Navajo reservation, we aren’t able to haul back hay for our livestock as often as we use to pre-pandemic. When we do get the chance to, we’re only able to get a few bales at a time with my uncle’s truck. We are also planning to add a few more rooms to our house to further accommodate my sister and her children. Despite having those plans, we do not have the means to bring back the building supplies for such a venture.

The person selling it was originally asking for $3,000. But I called him earlier this morning, and he is now willing to do $2,500. I currently have $1,500 saved and I’m off by a $1,000 for this trailer. I really want to get this as it would benefit my family and livestock so much.
