i do these things with chris and they help him tons and tons, but not everybody is the same way so please don’t get angry with me if these things don’t work for you ):💝

* read to them when they feel anxious, that gives them the opportunity to listen to your voice (i read chris winnie-the-pooh when he gets anxious or upset, or even when it’s bedtime)

* sing to your little (chris says my voice is very calming and it immediately calms him down)

* reassure them that everything is going to be okay and that you’ll always be there for them

* listen to relaxing music or sounds (whale sounds, classical music such as mozart, rain sounds, etc)

* ask your little to color a picture for you🎨🖍

* ask your little to write down how they feel in a journal (never bottle up your emotions. it’s very unhealthy)

* talk to your little about how they’re feeling

* cuddle your little and give them lots and lots of kisses😚💗try and make them feel as loved as possible

* Brush their hair

* draw them a bath, sit with them, dry them off

Littles can’t say bad words or else they get spankings 🙊
