Have you ever googled something and never been more glad that you did

taytaymore asked for the recipe for the eggs nests. I picked this up from an old French cookbook for children.

2 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites. Store the yolks in individual bowls)

1/8 teaspoon salt (or less, I usually use half this)

1/4 cup grated cheese (needs to be a sharp flavored hard cheese)

Preheat to 450f

Beat egg whites and salt to stiff peak

Fold in cheese carefully. Don’t deflate whites.

Put mixture on parchment paper lined tray in two mounds (or use silplat like I did)

Make a divet in each mount for the yolks

Bake mounds for 3 minutes.

After 3 minutes remove from oven and add on yolk per divet
