1. The world is not kind but that doesn’t mean you have to be bitter. Continue to show your kindness, but have your limits. 2. It’s okay to cry, It doesn’t mean you’re weak. It shows that you can still feel. 3. If you have something to say, say it. You are human too. You are allowed to have an opinion. 4. You are also allowed to disagree with an opinion. 5. Don’t be afraid to speak your mind. 6. Think wisely about who you choose to surround yourself with. Don’t expect the fruitful to occur if you surround yourself with negative people. 7. When the curly haired guy breaks your heart, keep your head up. It’s not the end of the world. 8. Complain less and appreciate more. Save your tears for laughter. 9. Learn to say “no”. You aren’t obligated to do what everyone tells you to do. 10. Not everybody will be with you forever. Know that it’s okay. 11.Get rid of friends that stimulate your negative mood on bad days, and get better ones. 12. Appreciate the good people in your life. They can be here today and gone the next day. 13. Beating yourself up over mistakes doesn’t help you in anyway to do better. You are not perfect and know that it’s okay. 14. Walk away from anything that no longer makes you happy. 15. Know your worth and value. Don’t you ever settle for anything less than what you deserve. 16. People will take advantage of you. Let them know who they’re fucking with and refuse to open your arms when they run to you. You’re not a doormat people wipe their dirt off of. 17. Love yourself. Love every single aspect. Your nose, your eyes, your cheeks, your thighs, your hands, your smile, your hair, and your birthmark.
