First things first, did you have a good year? Everything went for good for me i made a lot of money i got a promotion i went overseas twice i am health but i am still very miserable and my anxiety is holding me back and ruining my life still

Do you feel your age? sometimes. sometimes i feel like a scared child. other times i feel very old
Did your appearance change in anyway? new hair do, finally got that mullet i have been after for so many years

Who was important to you this year but wasn’t important last year? my work colleagues who have made the last 6 months or so very rewarding and exciting and given me a lot of support.

If you could have a do over on one thing you did, would you take it? no probably not because i often think the benefit of hindsight would give me the ability to fix my mistakes but i have come to the realisation that my anxiety is the one constant road block ruining my life
What was the best moment of the year for you? sarah and i stood under a waterfall in mildford sound and got totally drenched.
What was the worst? any number of the anxiety attacks i have had this year for many myriad of reasons. they all feel like the end of the world
Did anything happen that you were sure would change you as a person but it really didn’t? this is a weird question because i often think things have changed irreperably or my life is over or somthing because of anxiety then everything settles down. but now that i think about it i thought that maybe getting off shift work would change me but i am the same. i’m still tired and anxious and depressed but now i am just more stressed

What are you most proud of accomplishing? realising i have done a very good job at my work and been rewarded for it and am succeeding. i am not perfecting but i am improving
