Drawing Stuff Daily.

Vegans have successfully taken an oyster mushroom and semi successfully turned it into a steak. Total nutritional value? Zero. Total waste of time and energy? Absolutely positootly.

I'm realizing that being an artist can be a very lonely place and weighs a heavy burden lately. I find a great lack of enthusiasm in the craft, sadly from peers and fellow artists. I guess these guys can keep me company.

Mini sketchbook dump from a spread I kinda liked. It's been fun making more time to draw in my sketchbook, where my creative process has been more uninhibited and liquid. If that even makes sense.

Fun exercise sketch painting using a blank pre-drawn shape/ silhouette and then filling the rest in to come up with a character.

I have a closet full of canvases, and I resort to painting on random IKEA packing cardboard.

This just came in. May be a bit saucy for some peoples eyes, but I love the work of Inputwo. The exaggerated forms of these female illustrations and high-quality draftsmanship are hugely inspiring.

Upgraded to the new iPad Pro M2. Unfortunately, that meant I needed to partially upgrade with the Sketchboard Pro Upgrade Kit. First world problems. But seriously, I highly recommend the Sketchboard Pro to any ipad user/ artists.

I am starting off the new year and resurrecting my tumblr after years of inactivity. Too be honest, I forgot had the damn account. It's kind of out of the blue but just felt like putting stuff out there in the world with no reservations, expectations, or damn algorithms. Here is my first drawing/painting in this brand new moleskine sketchbook for 2023. I'll do my best to draw in it daily. No matter whether its a stupid or ugly doodle, skritch scratch thing or random thought you will find it here.
