As a practicing teacher in the first instance, when I did my class session and took up the topic of the “Simple Present”, I had high expectations towards my students. Then when I started my session I did activities and practices where my students had to interact with me through WhatsApp audios, which some students had difficulty speaking, however, I did not take it much into account and I advanced with my session. As the session progressed, I realized that some of the students had difficulties when asked to participate through the WhatsApp audio, they were too slow to send it, that's when I wondered if this would bring negative consequences.

Also in the development of activities I could perceive that many of my students had difficulties and fear to express themselves. Despite the fact that I conducted a dynamic and interactive class with my students, they failed to develop their skills and reach the goal that I had set for myself. That is why I have chosen to create technological resources such as musical stories, Webinar pages, Writing Digest platforms among others that are more interactive and innovative where they can practice and demonstrate that they can express themselves in the English language.

As a practicing teacher at my university UNE  I had the pleasure of doing my pre-professional internships, these meant an extraordinary experience, in general, I used a learning session about healthy food because this topic, today, it is relevant in the lives of the students so they can build a healthy diet and an active life. In this way my class session began by motivating my students, during the development I presented them some situations where they differentiated different eating habits, slides with vocabulary of fruits and vegetables. Finally, the session culminated with the presentation of a video where the task was carried out with their feeding routine.

Today adolescents have more access to the internet than before, technology has supported digital literacies as providing benefits and efficiency to achieve a productive class for students.In these times it has been difficult to adapt to technology, becoming a challenge to learn, bridging the gap between students and teachers, so we must be implementing new strategies and functions being trained for it. In addition, digital literacy is a current that involves the different competencies of students, not limiting the usefulness that we can give to technology for a better teaching and learning process. On the other hand, digital literacies help in the evolution of their skills allowing students to analyze and organize their ideas. In this way, digital literacies allude to an evolution of the educational environment, showing some types such as remix literacy, other tools such as Google Calendar, where the student could arrange their activities according to their class schedule, so that, both as teachers and students and we need to make sense of these digital technologies according to our needs. In short, future teachers have to innovate in the use of digital technology being implemented within Educational Institutions, in this way students and teachers will both have an additional incentive to notice that classes become dynamic and more fun with technology developing the skills and competencies of the learner.

Why don't students use technology in the classroom?  Currently, a large part of students is not yet incorporated into digital technologies. Besides, the main cause is that they don’t know how to handle the technological resources that are presented to them in computer classrooms, this is related to the use of Tics that have been evolving globally contributed in the educational field and some of the digital technologies that can be used for the various courses, which generates a conflict between the student and digital resources considering them very difficult to handle. Likewise, the non-use of technology in the classroom is because educational institutions don't have a good efficient digital infrastructure for learning and use for students.So we believe that students don't usually use technologies in classrooms because some of the teachers are not really trained to use them, thus being a bad guide for the student. Regarding the entertainment field, students are not averse. Most know how to use these technological tools on social pages, audiovisual books, education channels on YouTube, platforms for submitting assignments or innovative games for a more interactive and cooperative learning.In the case of studies, they may find it boring because they probably know some uses, such as searching for information or emailing tasks. That is why teachers should be a guide for them, learn together about tics and take advantage of them, as well as they should look for these technological tools taking into account what they want to show, allowing them to obtain better results at the end of the learning-teaching process by final in their students and of course, knowing how they learn, be it orally, audiovisual or written. In summary, to overcome this problem, the teacher must be trained, he must design his lesson based on the virtual learning environment. However, there is much ignorance at the national level in education, which teachers are not giving good use in using this resource or how to give it a significant value in their teachings. Finally, it is necessary that they have knowledge about the concept of instructional design, as well as distinguish guidelines for the development of teaching material; differentiate between strategies for the evaluation of learning, know the difference between synchronous and asynchronous bidirectional media.

I hope this blog manages to be an extension of the teaching-learning process, a place where students of any grade and teachers share experiences and relevant information about English, today, this medium will become a planet full of good energy and encouragement. for learning-teaching, making use of various strategies, digital tools, and teaching materials.

As far as I know the teaching-learning of the English language is very important since they help the process in education by strengthening their competencies and capacities.Moreover, today there are many techniques and technological tools where students can interact reaching have great potential in the foreign language reaching the final goal where they will realize their learning. On the whole I consider that as future language teachers we must be part of the progress of the development of learning and innovate communicative approaches in our students who are immersed in the management of ICTs.

The process of learning is a process where teachers interact whit their students, also teachers share their previous experiences about a relevant topic, while teaching is a process where teachers only transmit knowledge about a course, so the teaching-learning process is a set of steps systematized and its intention is the instruction theoretician - practical, the same thing that allows to human develops, improves habits, attitudes, and knowledge.

For me learning English is really important in my country, it might opens a lot of the doors in the environment working, because English is a language spoken around the world but if we see our reality the way of learning in our students we can realize that our student don’t take enough attention to English classes because they don’t like it or sometime they don’t understand and don’t catch their attention, I think if the teacher would do didactic classes our students would have more interest in English classes.
