5:05 PM PST, on 23 March 1994, at a campaign rally in the impoverished neighborhood of Lomas Taurinas, Tijuana, the Presidential candidate Luis Donaldo Colosio was shot in the head with a .38 Special at a distance of a few centimeters. A simple chrome plated pistol was all that was needed to change the course of history in Mexico. It was the first time I had ever seen a revolver used in such a way. My last place in Vietnam had only 2 outlets in the whole place. That’s why a power strip is a solid piece of gear for the smart nomad. With the travel power strip you multiply how many outlets you have in your hotel room. I know for me, I have at least 5 things that I need to keep charged while moving. Furthermore, you only need one adapter instead of having to bring a bunch which saves room and cuts down pack weight. I also picked up a USB power strip which is smaller and great for charging smaller electronics and phones. With this light and cheap addition to your travel loadout you will be able to keep your gear charged easier and longer. A drone video published by Hugo Vera appears to show migrants and asylum seekers clashing with border troops as they attempted to push through a gate at a bridge crossing between Tecun Uman, Guatemala and Ciudad Hidalgo, Mexico. The National Migration Institute reported receiving 1,087 migrants and asylum seekers in the southern states of Chiapas and Tabasco. The interior ministry said it will offer 4,000 migrants the opportunity to stay and work in the south, adding that those who refused the offer would not be given permission to travel through Mexico to the U.S. border. Men and women interviewed say they are fleeing poverty, insecurity, and unemployment. . .
