ferdinand and hubert have a whole thing that goes on between them at all times, but it remains quite unnamed. and they live and die working for the betterment of adrestia, not as nobles, but as public servants.
petra and dorothea are queen and consort of an independent brigid. the girl who went to garreg mach looking for a decent lordling found an actual queen. brigid's feudal system isn't dismantled under petra- brigid is not fodlan and petra is not edelgard- but the nation does see plenty of positive reforms under her.
bernie and yuri lead a chill life together. he helps with her anxiety, she actually starts to enjoy talking to people, and, because she doesn't feel like getting involved, she pretends not to notice that he's running a massive spy network that stretches across half the continent to keep tabs on any potential twsitd remnants that may be lurking in the night.
caspar and linhardt technically never actually married because they never really felt like going through the trouble of that, but they basically are married, and they rarely spend more than a month in one place. caspar claims they've circumnavigated the entire world seven times, and that dagda is ten times the size of fodlan. linhardt says he might be exaggerating a little bit.
jeritza and constance find common ground in their mental health struggles and learn to cope with them together and get married and live a very happy life. like genuinely idyllic and fairy tale-esque.
lysithea and hanneman is platonic, he spends the rest of his life helping her find a cure, and then she uses that knowledge to help edelgard, and anyone else who doesn't want to live with their crest. many accept the offer. her work with hanneman took many years, and when he died, she was the one who planned his funeral. she becomes one of the most renowned scholars in history.
hapi and balthus are basically an on again off again hookup situationship. they spend their days leading a large, famous mercenary company. at first most of their time was spent in former leicester, but eventually fodlan became too peaceful for roving bands of elite warriors to find work, so they made their way to almyra.

seteth and flayn are somewhere. shamir and cyril become robin hoods together, and raphael's inn is sort of like their home base- cyril perhaps marries raphael's sister.
hilda and claude run off to almyra together, where claude does eventually become king, and hilda becomes a frequent diplomat in dealings with fodlan. which usually just means visiting her brother.
catherine stands vigil over rhea's grave for the rest of her life. alois goes home to his family. gilbert learns to be a better dad. manuela has lots of lesbian sex with many different women. and rip to dimitri and dedue.
