17th annyversary of “SPICE”!!!

My first album ever. Bought it when I was 5 and 17 years later keeps being my fave album. Best pop album ever, the best selling album by an all-female group and the best selling by an international group in my country, Spain. This one means a generation.

On this day in 1993, filmgoers took their first trip to “Jurassic Park!” Steven Spielberg’s Kong-sized epic married state-of-the-art effects with old-fashioned creature feature insanity. It inspires both wonder and dread, showing us foolish humans the awesome might of history’s lost tit-ans. Though it usually doesn’t get classified as “ho-rror,” the second half of the film is rich with scary monster sequences that still have the power to shock and disturb. A timeless Monster-piece!
