“Sweetie if mommy could stay longer I would.” She spoke apologetically while cradling her daughter in her palm. “I know this isn’t ideal. Maybe you could come with me. She never said I couldn’t take you for a little visit.”

“Happy Valentine’s day sweetheart. I know traditionally this earth holiday is mostly for those that have romantic love but you’re so precious to me that I wanted to give you something anyway.” She proceeds to unload a literal truck load’s worth of chocolates.

The ebony diamond chuckled in amusement. Very much happy that her daughter was happy with her gift. Even overlooking her little one swearing for the moment. “I’m glad you like it. I thought I went just a tad bit overboard.”

“Sweetie please don’t cry. You know mommy can’t bare to see you cry.” She sighed sadly before plucking up her daughter by the back of her hood. “I know it’s not fair but I have to do what says. She’s a very powerful being.” 

“I’m fine. Really.”

“Sweetie you’re really not. I know how hard it can be to talk about things when all you’ve ever done is take care of other people. We’re similar in that way. We always tried to make other people feel better about their situations and help solve their problems but you can only do that for so long. If you don’t talk about it and let all that pain out you’re going to blow up just like pink did.”
