"The food we eat can either be the safest and most powerful form of medicine, or the slowest form of poison."I am extremely passionate about holistic and natural health. I have been on this journey for six years now, and I am still constantly learning. I love researching about the latest holistic options, and applying them to myself, and adding them into my family's routine. The results I have seen and myself are tremendous. Those who know me personally, I would probably agree that I have transformed into a more positive, healthier version of myself. I naturally lost 80 pounds by changing my food choices, working out, and practicing yoga. I have also helped family and friends with their health journeys. I slowly change my lifestyle. Eating healthy and taking care of myself was a lifestyle choice I made six years ago, and continue to make daily. It has been one of the best choices I have ever made. Now, years later I get to share my knowledge and help my hubby, and also give my beautiful baby boy the best.
