Vriska is finally returned home, Wendi is 5, and after years of accepting her disappearance, there's some patching up to do. John and Terezi's side is not exactly the focus of this AU but lately both mods have been interested in drawing them, so expect another comic with these two! It takes place almost 10 years prior to this scene!

Rem is a driven young demi god who makes up for her lack of strange magic power in leadership and stubbornness. She always has a sword on hand whether her dads like it or not and is determined to someday become The Knight from her history books. Afterall, the creators disappeared such a long time ago, someone needs to rule the planet. 

Kas in the Pesterquest style! He’s an enthusiastic puzzle solver who will take on any puzzle or problem thrown his way, including the ones his sisters drag him into.
