Keeping (a positive) track of 2019

A night in with Jodie, Mum and Gracie watching a film. Spending time with family is always a positive thing and there can never be too much of it. Thank goodness the company was good because the film wasn't that great at all!

Not an interesting day due to being fully back to work. It's hard finding something positive when you're back at work but this little kitty never fails to make me happy. Climbing in the bottom of the bath after I'd got out. A precious little thing 😍

A fun time was had at Weston-super-Mare today despite the "gravy" coloured sea and the cold weather. We spent far too much money in the arcade but it was worth every penny. I found out that my girlfriend loves the two penny machines more than she loves me and a "house of mirrors" isn't as fun as it sounds. A spontaneous trip, but a fun one indeed.

Having worked in a coffee shop for five years of my life, I forgot how nice catch ups over coffee are. Especially when they're with your best friend. Eternally grateful for the friendship that I have with her as she is one of the loveliest humans I have ever met. Today's positivity, for the purpose of this blog, was Ellie, however she also makes every day a positive one.

A night dogsitting my brother's girlfriend's beautiful pooches! Little Olive and Big Gibson 😍 Also featuring Jodie and I sharing a tub of vegan Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey ice cream which was absolutely delicious.

An evening in to recover from the busy festive period! Exhausted after a busy couple of weeks so a night in with my girl and the pup should fix it.

Time with these friends is well overdue. Years of not talking and then a simple reconcile to rekindle friendships that I'd dearly, dearly missed. 2nd of January and my heart feels full thanks to wonderful people.

What better way to see the New Year in with delicious (homemade!!!) vegan, chocolate and raspberry cake?!
