The idea of independence has always been so intriguing to me. Never wanting to rely on anyone else for my happiness or for anything at all really. But one of the greatest things I have learned in my walk with Christ is that it is okay to depend on God. In fact, it is strongly encouraged. He is my happiness. I depend on Him. But the best part is that He is eternal, His Love is eternal.

And with this new dependence, I have also learned that it is also okay to rely on people sometimes. I have learned to ask for help when I am in need. And I’m proud of this progress. And I’m thankful for those that I can talk to when the going gets tough. Because these are the people that God has put in my life to speak for Him.

Thank You, God, for new lessons and for always being the shoulder for me to lean on and the hand to hold. I can never get tired of growing in Faith.

I hate to hear guys say, “oh, she’s way too muscular” Or “I can’t date a girl who’s bigger than me”…. Like stfu and have no comment. Bodybuilding is such a beautiful thing. If a female wants to turn herself into a real life wonder woman then she has every right to do so. You’re probably too small minded to be with her if your thinking like that.
