photo 1 - poem by noor unnahar from yesterday i was the moon. photo 4 - it took 20 minutes to still not get the right focus lol maybe next time. i wanted to log the hair length. this is the longest its been in 20 years. I've been trying to ground everyday and it's changed everything. i started a few days before the most recent hospitalization 😵‍💫(is there really no spiral emoji?) a few weeks ago. how many hospitalizations now?? 3 in the last 1.5 years. you can ground even being stories off the ground. you can find yourself in a beautiful place, no matter where you are. it's so freeing.
