Even if he noticed the sudden change on the boy’s face, he didn’t comment anything; Jongin wasn’t the one to ask unnecessary questions, since he disliked noisy people, he never turned into one of them. Instead, he offered a warm smile, the one he rarely gave out, his eyes curious.
"Dylan? You’re not from here, or are you?" he assumed that was an alright question, not too pushy or personal.
He shook his head, knowing his English name was a dead giveaway for his origin. "I'm not," he confirmed, shrugging a shoulder. "My parents were...American." It wasn't a total lie, but it also wasn't the total truth. "I was born in Japan." He surprised even himself at the sound of his words--he rarely ever gave away that much information to a stranger.
