When your best friend tags you & you know you're doing it right. I'm my friends #1 cheerleader always and remind her that she's a beautiful powerful woman. She's rocking it, in the last 6 months she was shocked with a divorce and rather than letting her fall into a dark hole that she was quickly heading towards, we (our group) helped her rise above. She has now lost 56 lbs, bought a new car and is living her life! She's glowing so hard and is ready to take on a new chapter in her life. Although I live in a different state now, everyday I send her words of encouragement as she does to me . 🥰
