Well, As always, Kyo always did things that he wasn’t expecting. Here was this guy that he secretly looked up too — and he was being praised, which was odd, he’s never been praised by the cat before. Due to the fact that he was always beaten by the cat in general. They always included him on being a fool, because in the tail — as everyone knows — he gave the rat a ride, he praised Yuki with everything he had, he loved him probably more than he was suppose to. Yet, knowing from the very beginning that he was a fool for being pushed around by someone who was weak and vulnerable, that if he didn’t give him a lift — things would of been different. 

So of course, some of things that Kyo was recently saying was no at all true. There was this hesitance he felt in the bit of his stomach, he felt like he wanted to talk a mile a minute, but the only thing he could do now was smile.  That smile in which was rarely seen by the likes of anyone. There was even a passing thought that he has actually never smiled genuinely in front of the other before. At least not when he could see him.

    "--Tch, damn cow." however, it was more than worth it, to see that depressed, lonely and bored look melt away into surprise and then the smile on his cousin's face. That alone made it worth it as Kyou's eyes warmed slightly.      His words had an effect, good. He didn't like seeing his cousin's upset but that smile had an effect on the orange-haired teen too. Cheeks pinked as he looked away. "Whatever! I just couldn't stand to see your stupid face frowning so damned much!"
