So my clubs Messer and S&B tournament went by swimmingly well! I won three matches and made elims for sword & buckler and still amazed I even made it as far as I did for my 2nd S&B tournament. I had an absolute blast and probably will compete in it as much as I can.

Finally bought myself a messer! Am now the proud owner of a one handed sword. (I even had it rewrapped to match my feder š„°)
Was training beeg knife, tiny shield (aka sword and buckler) with my bestie at HEMA class on Sunday (because I decided to sign up for two S&B tournaments in the next two months) and we got into a grapple and this boneheaded beefcake decided to THROW ME.
One second I was standing, the next Iām on my back before I could even process it lmao.
Went to my first rapier IM! Only placed 7th out of 10 (not bad for only taking like, three or four rapier lessons) but I got some good licks in on my friends plus I beat my rapier mentor.
Twas a damn good day.
Got into HEMA about 7 or 8 months ago and finally painted my mask š Now to debut it at the next tournament I go to!
