how to start feeling more confident:
I wanted to share little things that I have added to my routine over this summer that have made me feel better about myself in hope that it will help other people too!
drink water every dayΒ
start slow on the exercise (doing 5 pushups every morning is enough to start a good habit!)
cook your own food (itβs good for the body and soul)
focus more on being healthy, rather than just losing weight
tell yourself that you are cute and worthy of love (because you are!!)
Β remind yourself why you are such a cool personΒ
pampering yourself is very importantΒ
take bubble baths
use face masks
research your hair type (how it should be styled, what products you should use and how often etc.)
get a new hairstyle (change is important for growth)
moisturize after washing your handsΒ
file and clip your nails regularly
go outside and sit in the sun
meditate, do yoga, or just breathe
