The Dwimmerlake

I’m doing it backwards this week. I posted something finished on Wednesday, and I ‘m posting WIP on Friday. That’s just how it goes sometimes. 

I finished the church, and the bases for all of the roofs this week. I’m thinking of adding one more outbuilding to the stable side, it’s just too right angle for me. After that I will start building a base for the whole thing, take each building off, detail dormers and supports, add chimneys, roof tiles, and paint.

More progress on the Ash Wastes moisture filtration site. I managed to get the machinery finished and added some little extra details like the toolbox and improvised explosive charge.

The base has been sanded but it’s warped slightly from the PVA glue drying and shrinking. It’s not a massive problem and I’ll probably just leave it instead of trying to fix the issue.

Next up, priming!
