( bella hadid / 21 / she/her ) is that ( dalida jawad ) ordering a ( cortado ) at mocha? i heard they’re a ( painter ) who’s known as the ( vixen ) around here. however, they say ( dalida ) is very ( sagacious ), but ( beguiling ). well, better get their drink before it gets cold!

born in new york to an investment banker and a socialite, dalida was practically born w/ a silver spoon in her mouth

growing up, she was the epitome of elegance. she spent the majority of time advancing her education by learning new languages and reading a ton of books. an intellectual! due to this, she was always at the top of her class & that made it easy for her to get into the university of chicago, but i’ll get to that later.

she grew up having a home base in new york, but also lived in dubai and los angeles for some time..a wordly ho. 

dalida often found herself deviating from the social norms of the upper east side. she always found comfort in reading, writing, and painting. it was her own form of rebelling while also being her form of self-expression.

ofc it helped that she had rich parents who could buy her expensive art supplies and as many books as she wanted i mean HELLO!! but her parents always thought she'd get over it *spoiler alert* she never really did (it’s not a phase, mom!! dgskjhgskjd )

art allowed her to see the many faults of her surroundings while also appreciating so much beauty that no one else sees?? ya feel? this also caused her to develop a sharp tongue early on because she questioned everything and easily saw through people’s true intentions.

SO everything was goin p chill in her life until one day her mother was on a trip and sis caught her father with his mistress *gasps* and her father basically begged her to not say anything to her mother. since she was having a hard time processing it herself, she agreed. 

dalida milked him for all he’s worth, truly!!! but within a few days of her mother coming back into town, she told her. this ofc caused a bunch of fights and her home life was in shambles just as she was about to become an adult?? 

did this event cause her to develop trust issues? yes. #lit 

so her mother and father decided to stay together & stick it out, but it was very clear to dalida that they didn’t really love each other anymore and it angered her to see that bc everything that her parents stood for kinda went to shit in her eyes??

this leads her to wanna peace the fuck outta nyc!!! so she applies for school there...she just kinda searched for apartments right under her parents’ noses and bam :) she’s movin to chicago.

currently, she is studying art history at the university of chicago and she landed a pretty sweet internship as an art conservator (they restore paintings) in the art institute of chicago which is a biggg deal ur girl is makin moves. she’s also hoping to debut her very first art exhibition!! a busy bee!

personality-wise, she is very driven and honest! her saturday night’s will often consist of her in a robe, reading a book in one w a glass of chardonnay in the other. whatta dream. she’s not afraid to tell people the truth... even though that may rub people the wrong way, she doesn’t really care. 

being labeled the ‘vixen’ and all, dalida can easily manipulate anyone to get her way but she often does it bc she thinks her way is the right way. she does it with such grace that you won’t even notice you’re being fooled until after mwahaha. i can’t wait til she gets a reality check because i love ruinin my charas :)))
