First off gotta keep your feet and body warm while pumping. If your cold your body will be focused on keeping you warm not making it letting out milk.

Second gotta pump often don’t want the bulk of electric pump manual ones are actually best to get started anyways and I find have a better result for me anyway.

Third stay fucking hydrated as fuck. Like seriously drink water, Gatorade, electrolytes they make specific drinks to help sit milk production and hydration and there a ton of flavors now.

Fourth warm up your tits, boob, udders before pumping use a heating pad, rice sock, warm shower, or heat packs like I said being warm is important.

Fifth protein protein protein bonus points if it’s a protein drink

I suggest a hospital grade pump to get started then you can move on to wearables but only for the day time

Try to pump every 1-2 hours during the day for 15 minutes each side so 30 total this would look like 9:30 am, 11:30 am, 1:30 pm, 3:30 pm

Then if your off work or have help 5:30 or 6:30 pump 30 minutes on each side you can do those while you prep and make supper, fold laundry, catch up on the day, use it to decompress make sure to have snacks and water. If it’s too long or your nipples are to sore do 20 on each side

Now nighttime is important to do the most and best pumping night time is when your prolactin will be at the highest so you doing 30 minutes session at 8:30-9:30 if you can’t 15 minutes wait about ten fifteen minutes then another 15

Now this is when you need to pump every hour this is crucial when starting to establish the need for milk in your body.

Around 11-12 at night do your biggest session and then rest if your aren’t rested you won’t produce

Rest, hydrate, protein are all needed for your body to produce and keep up supply

Most importantly keep consistent

if someone says they are queer, they are queer.
