Nearly 20 years ago at 14 years old I saved my Dairy Queen money $6.00 every hour for 250 hours to go to Woodward Camp, my dream where all the pros Ride. I was in awe by many riders, however one in particular, always stood out, engraved in my memory airing the vert ramp higher than anyone, magically touching the rafters in the Cloud 9 Park, and everyone said his name was @EitoYasutoko who comes from Japan. 10 years later we began performing together at high schools all over the United States with @ASAActionSport’s Anti-Bullying High School Tour, after 5 years Eito visited me at our home skatepark in Minnesota @RideTheFactory and now here today, nearly 20 years and a 3 hour bullet train later, I am visiting my friend Eito in his home town at his family’s home park, “G” Skatepark, in Kobe, Japan. Life is a Dream Come True. Thank you Eito, @WoodwardCamp ASA & Action Sports as a whole. There is more meaning here than you or anyone else will ever imagine.
