The above quote is from an episode of the CBS courtroom drama All Rise that aired in mid-December. I remember how much this statement resonated with me at the time. It feels so uncannily prophetic now given all the craziness that 2020 continues to throw at us.

I’m sharing this admonition along with the image of Kara and Alex Danvers—powerful symbols of unity and love—in the hope that we can all be lifted up and encouraged to keep on keepin’ on.
