~ WHO I AM?"

• Here you can just call me Dusk (he/him), it's a nickname I started using that originated from a character I created with my small group of friends, and which has been used ever since. My real name will remain a mystery for now.

• I am Brazilian, part of a country with a culture that I genuinely love so much and enjoy talking about periodically, especially the food and natural beauty. It has several flaws, but I am happy living here. I also love meeting other Brazilians occasionally in this space, so don't be surprised by my enthusiasm when I see people from my country here. I'm obviously not a native English speaker and I'm in the middle of a learning process, so please be patient and don't be surprised if I make stupid mistakes, I swear I'm waaaay better than I was two years ago haha.

• I consider myself a calm, reflective person who likes to have my personal space respected above all else. I generally don't talk much, and my socialization skills are terrible, but I'm quite intense and fun in the right environment. I also consider myself very understanding and responsible, and I'll talk more about that in the following sections.

• I'm tall (1.85 meters), neither thin nor muscular, but I go to the gym frequently. I have two chronic illnesses (type 1 diabetes and hypothyroidism) that greatly affect my quality of life, periodic depression, plus social anxiety, but I keep going anyway (I actually have a lot of shit going on with me rn but I'm alive lol)

~ MY INTERESTS AND QUALITIES:

• Danganronpa is currently my favorite franchise; I also frequently follow fangans, including Jikoronpa: Laments of Isolation, Danganronpa Despair Time, and Danganronpa Antebellum Lockdown (plus I'm so excited for new projects). Although I prefer not to post about it, I still accept asks and occasionally participate in discussions about Tetro Danganronpa. Other media I enjoy include Bloodborne, Chainsaw Man, Kagurabachi, Hollow Knight, Bleach, Alien Stage, The Walten Files, the Scream franchise, Helluva Boss/Hazbin Hotel, Slendytubies and others (I don't usually talk much about the last three, but I occasionally look them up). So... there's a lot on my list of interests and I'm open to more suggestions for games/movies/animations, etc.

• I love discussing and writing about mental health, so you'll find reflective posts on the subject; I like to record my own feelings and share them with others as an attempt to offer support, even if it's just a little. I'm an inexperienced writer who is still trying to improve, so I'm very interested in writing tips and excerpts from different stories. I like nature, cats (I absolutely adore these adorable creatures), food, other cultures, health care tips, and especially art, any kind, any style.
