Let's go back in time a bit to the end of the movie. If Simon can jump ship into the Hail Mary, I think Ava's doesn't kill her instantly

Hoping to post more pages soon, things are going to be busy this month

I imagine that something like this would initially be incredibly hard to control, and Simon would have to relearn how to talk and eat with a large hole in the side of his face. The additional muscles would make it more than a gaping wound, and the teeth are growing from his mandible and cheekbones. Opening the main mouth would automatically flex the muscles used to flare the teeth and open the second mouth, which I imagine he could learn to control or resist in the same way people learn how to wiggle their ears. The extra muscles attatched near the orbital muscle would probably change how vision functions in his left eye, if he can even still see out of that eye after everything.

Spent a few days fiddling around with the effects to get it just right while I contemplate writing a fanfic
