This is a lot I built for a tiny home building challenge on /r/TheSimsBuilding. While I playtested this home and it’s perfectly functional, it is indeed very tiny and will probably be cramped at its maximum capacity of three Sims. May use items from any/all EPs. 

I wasn’t planning on sharing this lot when I built it, so there’s a long content list this time. Everything you don’t have will be replaced by base game items. Custom content used/pictured (nothing included in the download):
