- 5 SEASONS! omg im hyped honestly, if it is able to run for that long we are BLESSED
- okay so from my prev post this makes me think that maybe megatron won't like "come back to life" in the next season and instead hashtag memory moment, I mean I won't complain if he does come back, but I don't think he will. But this is very interesting though, because then SOME of the revealed toys aren't necessary spoilers for the characters that will appear

- i don't have much to say on this, but that is rlly interesting ngl, skybite is such a silly (in the way i want to destroy him) character, I hope we see more of him but at the same time not too much (elita deserves a break)
- more characterssss, wonder who it will be...cus i feel like we're going to have a lot of character introductions in the next season. With the VA's for this show I love the range some of them have actually amazing, like bumblebee and optimus being voiced by the same person is so cool to me (we love voice actors)
- carried on from previous point, legit the VA's are so talented we are so blessed with this show actually
- hehehe bumblebee villain arc, I want to write my own theory about what I think the arc he'll follow next season, cause goodness I love this variation of bumblebee, he deserves to crash out in at least one universe. I feel like bee's "villain arc" will be based a lot on his previous trust issues that have been mentioned and those coming to light through him feeling betrayed by optimus, and will likely turn on wheeljack and elita in s2 i fear
- PPLSPLSPSLPSLPSLS MAKE RATCHET A DIVA I BEG OMG, when Ratchet's toy got revealed the amount of art I saw of fem!ratchet was beautiful. We need more female transformers anyways so Ratchet join the group rn - but I would like more female characters in this show (they are doing better than some other transformers show so will give them that (pls introduce windblade pplsplsplsplspls <- delusional)
- OPILTA YES YES YES AMAZING NEWS BEING CANON - I'm just excited to see how their relationship grows in s2 cus I feel like Elita will start to get closer to Optimus again (understanding his side of the getting them trapped inside Cyberworld funk aka OP has not a clue why)
- ACTUALLY SO SOON CRAZY, I think I did see a vague date somewhere (like August 9th I think???? but don't take my word for that)
- ALSO CRAZY, like this team deserves so much recognition for their hard work on this show, and I hope they see how much people love it
Honestly Bee getting a villain arc after feeling betrayed by OP and thus dragging up his trust issues is a fun concept. Plus giving everyones favorite kid appeal character an arc like that would be legitimately fun. I also think some of that power up stuff might contribute to it too. Like, Bee uses it way more and it winds up, like, corrupting him or something.
All of this has also made me think that OP mightve pushed that button to protect Bee. Like Bee was at gun or knife point or something and Op was forced to push the button to save him. Might fit into the limited flashbacks we've seen of what happened and that's be just the sorta angsty knife twist a villainous bumblebee arc might tip into.
OP wanting to save bee, and after whatever bee has done during his arc in s2 his regret that would hit so hard raahhh
and i agree with bee specifically having this arc is interesting - cus i think in a lot of iterations he's seen as this younger character compared to the rest of them who is very loyal to the autobot cause, so having a version of him being with the autobots only because of optimus and if his trust with OP is broken he's more of a lose canon is so fun

The change to the world - heyyy jazz is gonna be introduced next season teehee, i'm so hyped for that - also the new area of the arctic being explored is so fun
Optimus - he is going through it at the end of this season, not only the guilt for getting them trapped there but now his team not trusting him. I mean it's clear that wheeljack and elita are starting to see that they need to stick together, but bee omg. My boy ahh. Also can we go without a time of optimus being suicidal, my boy pls he deserves happiness. And the point of him saying 'For Cyberworld' i think is telling that Optimus doesn't see a future where they escape, and saving the world they reside in currently. It may be all they have left
Bee - ahhh my guy... i like this version of bee having so much pent up frustration to feeling betrayed by optimus and I feel like it's only going to grow in s2. When he says 'we don't need him anymore' i think proves my thought of bee feeling very 'pushed to the side' in the group (to an extent). Him defeating Galvatron confirms to himself that he doesn't need anyone else. And i fear for next season cus i think there may be a moment where he abandons elita and wheeljack due to disagreements. And the energon surge hinting of having a long lasting effect is going to be very interesting next season.
Optimus and Bee - I fear I need to bring up when Bee saves Optimus from sacrificing himself to get rid of Galvatron. Because yes he saves him, so there is still this care for him but the frustration he feels clearly overrides it at times. He fully tosses him to the side when grabbing him, no yelling out to him, just this anger. gosh i love them so much, so they father and teenage son
SNARL - HE APPEARED I MISSED HIM SO MUCH, i love his little monologues so much he's so silly. I just rlly wanted to mention him <3
Galvatron - so...is he like...dead??? maybe?? who knows, guess we'll find out later
New characters - This is a spoiler for the toy line being released, but Megatron being shown to have another toy makes me wonder if he is in one of those pods, but at the same time i doubt that, cus then people can say oh the way out is off lining ig, and that seems a bit too simple. I think Ratchet and Jazz will be in two of them (i hope plsplspslpls give us the slay Ratchet). But then the closeup at the symbol of one of them, i'm a bit more clueless.
But ya i'm very excited for S2 raaaahhh i love this show sm
i haven't watched the cyberworld s1 finale yet, i'm so hyped to watch it tonight but not being able to go on certain socials cus ik people are posting about it ahhhhhh

okay...so I have lots I want to say but I'm going to limit myself for now and rant about other stuff later, rn its the show in general (cus i wanna dive into each character cus GOD THEY ARE SO INTERESTING)
I feel like even with the 5 minute episodes cyberworld is able to create such a good story and develop their characters at the same time.
Story + Optimus - For example, the flashbacks to cybertron before the button was pressed, there was a point to get different characters perspectives of this event to slowly build up to the reveal of who actually was the cause of them being trapped in cyberworld. And when it did get revealed I feel like this is one of the few versions of Optimus that actually portray the side-effects of being a leader especially during a war, the guilt, doubt, etc. I really like this version of Optimus <3.
The Run-Time - While I do feel like if they had a longer run time per episode they would be able to develop the characters more, because on Twitter Ali Lightfoot (writer + developer of the show) has talked about some of the characters backstories before cyberworld that isn't going to be explored in the show, example arachnids alignment during the war (can't find the screenshot rn but if i find it will reblog this post with it).
BEE - I am bias because bumblebee is one of my favourite characters, but I like the direction they are taking with bee in this series. Because they re already showing his stand in the team (he's the little brother convince me otherwise), but with this causes him to be underestimated. Seeing this resentment he feels for Optimus after the reveal I feel grows his character past the usual 'loyal autobot scout who doesn't stray of Optimus Prime'
The Memes - I've seen people say that if you like the show its only for the memes, AND DON'T GET ME WRONG I LOVE THEM SO MUCH, they make me laugh so hard. But I like it for more than that honestly, but with those animated shots it really shows how much the team behind it enjoys making it. Which really reflects in the final outcome, because you can always tell when the creators love their show and this is an example of it.
The Animation - The animation I love so much, I like the mixture of 3D and 2D style (which I've seen also appears in Earthspark but haven't watched that show yet, but will soon lol). And ngl the style of the characters really makes me want to buy the figures, they are just so toy like, plus actually make their transformation make sense (when the transformation of the transformers don't make sense it really annoys me like its legit their THING what...)
Anyways, I will leave it there for now but will continue more of a rant about the characters cus UGH i love them all so much and their dynamics
(and pls do rant about Snarl I want to hear what you have to say about the guy pls 🙏)
Kinda sad we wont get to see Aircnhid's (or however you spell it) story before the war. Idk i like this version and she kinda disappeared on us. Here's to hoping she'll appear in the finale next week tho!
BUT ALSO SNARL- I love him. Hes an anime protagonist stuck as a side character. He cares about two things- fighting and Grimlock. I just love him and I want him to appear again I WILL EXPLODE IF I DONT GET MORE SNARL- sorry sorry. He is the hyper fixation of the week rn so its all just Snarl :>

HIS HORNS - I do love a design that gives bee horns - i do like the antenna design cause you know...bug... but horns have a special place in my heart
AND HIS BUG MASK - like his previous one was similar to tfp's look (with the rounded eyes) but this one is even more bumblebee-like, i'm extremely normal as you can tell
i fear for the next episode because of the trailer but i'm so excited, i need more people to watch this show it's so silly
