A Dummy For Sure

In episode 1, he lost an old friend. In episode 9, you can see a scene of his reaction. That's emotional hurt.

In episode 2, he gets butthurt over the adventure's ending. Even if he was able to cause chaos at the very end, things didn't exactly go the way he wanted it to at certain times. Also the funeral reminded him that he lost Kaufmo.

In episode 3, he gets tied up. Literal punishment.

In episode 4, he goes through torturous manual labor, and LITERALLY gets punished too. At the end, you can tell how exhausted he was.

Episode 5, he gets reminded of his dead old friend-who-he-also-kinda-killed-in-a-way, TWICE, and goes through gender dismorphia via maid outfit. Also Evil Jax seems to remind Jax of himself when he was younger.

Episode 6, loses a friend and has a panic attack. Also gets reminded of his possibly-dead mother.

Episode 7, literally the whooole button scene, and his close-abstraction. + more panic attacks, now including past trauma!

Episode 8, literal Jax torture. His biggest punishment were those adventures that took place during this episode. And also more panic attacks.

And finally, episode 9. By then, people felt like he was punished (cough cough, his death). But, he was going through punishments throughout the series that got more harsh as the show went on. He was basically being hurt throughout the show in multiple different ways and various levels of severity.
