uh no?? do i… need to? it rarely happens at school weirdly only at home when i try to like paint or whatever idk.. oh when im in the bathroom on my phone too it happens them everytime but i never really questioned it? its just something that happens…. is it a problem???

oh maybe i never considered that before!! that could have something to do with it actually now that im thinking about it… i also get super motion sick too which might have something to do with it! like i cant watch minecraft videos for more than half an hour without feeling super nauseous, cant play it for too long either usually :/ which sucks because i love it

OH AND YEAH I DID SORRY I FORGOT TO UPDATE BUT APPARENTLY I HAVE A SQUINT AND THATS WHATS BEEN CAUSING IT AND IT DEFINITELY HAPPENS MORE WHEN IM TORED BECAUSE ITS HAPPENED A FEW TIMES RECENTLY BUT PNLY LATE AT NIGHT WHEN IM SUPPER SLEEPY OR WHATEVER!!! i dont fully know why the rest of it happens but im putting that down to tiredness. it has happened a fee times without the stranismus though?? like the feeling weird n stuff but now i start shaking a bit with it too?? it used to only really happen when my eye went but not anymore apparently :/ it is only when i havent slept much though so its gotta be at least related to tiredness. i do have glasses which helps my eyes though because they were definitely getting worsr just in general too like i can see prettyyy much fine without them but then my eyes start to feel weird after a bit which doesnt happen with them on!! im also taking iron tablets and vitamins to help though which definitely has helped with just the feeling weird in general because it used to happen regardless of how tored i was but now its only when tired!! my biggest issue rn is getting headaches like everyday because my jaw is just clenched constantly?? or at least very often even if not all the time. i assume it’s because of stress but i dont even notice until yk my head really hurts 😭 its not affecting me too much though it’s just a little annoying :/
