It’s time bring some colour and Pride into Rainbow! With June around the corner, we are asking you once again to join us to celebrate Pride. The theme for this event is the LGBTQ+ experience, and a celebration of it. If you’d like to participate, this is what you need to do:

Your preferred website to post the fic (AO3, FFN, Wattpad etc.)

The best way to contact you (Discord, Tumblr, Twitter etc.)

THE LATEST DATE TO APPLY WILL BE MAY 23rd, and the fics will be posted around the end of June and onward (the event duration is determined by the number of participants.)

Remember: the minimum length is 1k words and everyone is welcome to participate!

The registration is open today, 22nd of February. It shall close on the 28th of February. We will begin to post our fics on the 31st of March, altogether, so we have plenty of time to work on it if you wish you join.

SIEGE THE VALENTINE 2026 - DAY 8 by @narperist

Deimos/Zero... Have you heard about this ship? Well, neither did I, but I might be on board after this... I mean, look. Two hot and bothered men going at it in a shameful, almost pathetic way? Who am I to judge? Who am I to turn it down? I liked their verbal fight, even more so than the actual one. Both sides questionable, both sides acting like a hard boiled egg. I love it! I'm on board! In the spirit of Valentine's let's fight over who is the man!

Siege the Valentine Day 7 by @oreoinhell

Fuze/Jäger, 3.3k.

That was a very measured and rational way to approach something inherently irrational, like feelings, but it was to be expected from our protagonists'. Mute's frustration with the whole thing as a first-line bystander was hilarious, same as the little glimpse into the crazy theories the recruits cook up about the operators! I also quite enjoyed the process of how Fuze became slowly integrated into a wider social life just because of, in Mute's words, his severe tunnel vision regarding Fuze :'D Lovely fluffy fic, thank you!

SIEGE THE VALENTINE 2026 - DAY 6

Kali/Osa, 2k.

First of all GODDAMN did I want to see more on how their relationship was going to develop because the build up got me feeling the feels. That particular tickle, the anticipation before emotions gonna spill. But hey, that means this fic sucks the readers in. Investing into the character that is Osa, and her psyche. And a bit of friendly banter with her fellow teammate. Good read, my bro. So 2nd chapter when?

SIEGE THE VALENTINE 2026 - DAY 5

Tachanka/Kapkan, 6.5k.

Do you want a fic where they get straight to the point? With spice and witty banters that feels so animated and natural? Say no more because kiki wrote you a fic that feels like a pot of jam. Boiling and bubbling, spreading the delicious scent and then when cooled down, sweetness is left for you to enjoy. I feel like these easy steps for Tachanka's bias for Kapkan because one, Kapkan showed courage and Tachanka loved every bit of what Kapkan could take ;) Always a pleasure to read, my bro.

Spicy French action to its fullest. I completely admire your dedication to start this ab ovo, from the very conceptualization of the idea to the absolute climax (pun intended) of it.

Because it all starts from some cards and a bet - and like all good bets, it leads to something hot and heavy by the end. Honestly, Rainbow is handling the whole idea of Doc in a nurse outfit far too casually, Lord knows I would not be the same 👀

Also, do not believe the author's note, this does not read like an energy-drink fueled 3am speedrun of a fic idea, it's a well-written work with subtle humor and a carefully developed dynamic!

Siege the Valentine Day 3 by @grain-crain-drain!

There is something deeply compelling about seeing characters that are supposed to be so competent and can face anything, like our dear operators, dealing with relatable struggles. Like being bullied, standing up for what you believe, the uncertainty of opening up to others, or confessing to your crush you like them. It's with moments like this that we can see their humanity, and that's what makes this story brilliant, imo, the way Iana and Fenrir's friendship develops feels so organic and real. Lovely progression, also tiny Iana confronting big guy Jackal was priceless!

Where do I even start? Dude-buddy-honey-boo, even when you don't write Vigil and Mute you have to sneak them in there, don't you? I don't judge! Me and my Bandit-bullshit don't judge, I'm just stating facts, you see. But enough about that, haha.

But like how - like... why? Why you gotta hurt me? I had a day anyway and I'm in a sensitive mood and then you are giving me angst with happy ending just like that? At least buy me a cocktail before you f-ck me like that. But in all seriousness it was so sweet T_T Mike's lil sunshine guy. I love them, your honor, and I'm proud of that!

Siege-O-Ween 2025: Final Day!

And what a truly haunting tale to end on. It was an ominous, consistent vibe from start to finish, never giving too much away until the very end, and even then, all you get is genuine chills. A handful of operators, battle-hardened and trained for all situations but faced with something beyond anyone's understanding. Very chilling. But I truly vibe with the setting! They wanted to get to the absolute middle of nowhere, and really, they only got what they wanted.

If you're a fan of short, mystery-type horror reads, this one is definitely a recommend 👁

If you ever want to read a psychological tug of war while dissecting each other with fully biased and yet surgical interest, this is the fic for you. This is chess and mind game, with amazing character analysis that's in-depth and persuasive. The juxtaposition. The clash of worlds. But once they come in contact, it's like big bang that creates a whole lot of new. You gotta read to understand what I mean, yall. Fully recommend.

Siege-O-Ween Day 9!

Oooo boi, this was a sweet read! After all in the life of a bunch of super-busy super-solders, it is nice to have a moment of quiet with your spouse, especially putting up decorations and getting ready for a party! I would have loved to know what they dress up as 😄 I bet they have some silly couples costume as well, or such. Black cat Cav with witch Twitch! Awwww.
