12-12-20██ - 15:21 - Request to obtain SCP-682 for short-term testing has been authorized. Testing will begin shortly after 682 has arrived.

15-12-20██ - 00:30 - SCP-682 has arrived at the DSMP-1 Facility. Testing will begin shortly.

15-12-20██ - 00:40 - SCP-R4N800 (Henceforth referred to as Ranboo) willingly came to the testing area. SCP-682 attempts to breach containment as Ranboo is brought into the chamber, but is fought back by DSMP-1 staff. 3 injuries and 2 deaths were sustained by staff members in the process of getting SCP-682 back into the chamber.

00:42 - SCP-682 makes direct eye contact with Ranboo and begins snarling. Ranboo lets out several distressed sounds, backing away from SCP-682.

00:43 - SCP-682 charges at Ranboo. Ranboo rapidly teleports to the opposite side of the chamber. SCP-682 appears to be momentarily confused but continues to charge at Ranboo again. This cycle repeated for about 5 minutes.

00:49 - Ranboo begins to get tired. The entity lets out a series of loud, high-pitched noises resembling whistling, damaging several recording devices. Reports of SCP-D-TU880 breaching containment and heading towards the testing area quickly follow the series of noises.

00:51 - SCP-682 continues charging at Ranboo, who continues teleporting away. The few undamaged recording devices pick up a loud bang from the door to the testing chamber.

00:52 - SCP-D-TU880 is outside of the chamber, repeatedly ramming his head into the chamber door in an attempt to break it open. Attempts to stop the entity resulted in several heavy injuries and 1 death to staff. Secondary lockdown doors were activated in the halls leading to the testing chamber to prevent further breaching of SCP-D-TU880 or the breaching of Ranboo or SCP-682.

00:54 - SCP-D-TU880 successfully breaks open the door to the testing chamber. SCP-682 quickly turns its attention to SCP-D-TU880 and attempts to charge at him.

00:55 - Ranboo wraps its tail around SCP-D-TU880 and is observed to teleport out of the chamber with SCP-D-TU880. The two are quickly found in Ranboo's containment cell and are left alone to recover. SCP-682 almost breaches the secondary lockdown doors but is successfully recontained by DSMP-1 staff. 5 receive heavy injuries and 1 dies.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7UNDY has been left out in the forest where it was first spotted, as it became incredibly aggressive and heavily resisted being brought into containment. If it comes to the facility on its own accord, it is to be let in to visit with SCP-G30RG3 and SCP-DR34M.

The first entity captured in the DSMP-1 Facility was actually SCP-S4PN4P, it was originally found, and actually befriended, by Dr. Clay (Now SCP-DR34M) when he was 13 years old. As the two grew older, Dr. Clay had begun to do research, and eventually was recruited by The Foundation and formed the DSMP-1 Facility. SCP-S4PN4P willingly came into facility containment with Dr. Clay under the knowledge that it'd be tested on, but would still be cared for. SCP-[REDACTED] appeared in an empty containment cell at one point and remained there until being neutralized because it transformed Dr. Clay into SCP-DR34M.

Incident#: 02393

SCPS involved: Almost all contained at the facility with the exceptions of J5CHL4TT and DR34M

Incident Description: At 11:35 AM on 03/12/[Redacted], the entity known as R4N8OO disappeared from its cell. Purple particles, the anomaly that accompanies its teleportation ability, were emitted from their body before and after.

SCP R4N800 will henceforth be referred to by its preferred name, Ranboo

Prior to this, a honeybee, presumably anomalous, appeared in its cell, flew up to its ear, presumably communicated some sort of information, then burst into pollen.

Footage retrieved from a hidden camera in the solitary confinement cell connected to D-Class holding area A2 shows Ranboo appearing in it approximately 1.23 seconds later.

For context, the new shipment of D-Classes arrived from several federal prisons, the cover being a transfer of death-row inmates. One of these new D-Class was a 17-year-old boy recorded as John Donte in digital files. However, facial recognition scans reveal him to be Tuberculosis (Tubbo) Underscore. It is unknown how he got into the death row or solitary confinement, as the only charges against him are of trespassing in several SCP facilities (numbering 27) and one charge of aggravated assault against a security officer, of which he has no record of going to prison or court for. Additionally, there is no record of Underscore being escorted to solitary confinement.

Upon arriving in the cell, Ranboo proceeded to ‘hug’ Underscore with its tails and engage in the conversation below:

T: Holy shit. I-You’re here. I found you. I finally found you.

R: Yeah. Thought I’d never see you again. Missed you. Missed your face. Thought I would forget.

T: Me too, Boo. Did they take your book?

R: No. They did not find it.

T: Sorry for not getting to you sooner, this organization has like- a horrible filing system. We need to go soon if we want to find the others-

R: Others areeeeeeeeeeii

(At this point, the SCP began to make sounds similar to that of a tuning radio. It occasionally dips into humanoid words such as ‘here’ and ‘sorry.’ This behavior is in line with the hypothesis that Ranboo has trouble speaking within the normal pitch range for extended amounts of time.)

T: Shit. Hold on, I made something for this

(Underscore proceeds to fiddle through his pockets before pulling out a gray square the size of a tape recorder and holding it up to Ranboo)

T: This is for you. Happy Homecoming, I guess.

R: Than-Oh my god. I-Do you understand me right now? Thank you so much! You have no idea what this means to me. What can I do to make this up to you?

T: You could take me to the Bahamas

R: pfff-They’d love us at the beach

T: Or the Niagara Falls. We could get married there.

R: How about Storage Room 18-A? They haven’t set up cameras there and it’s completely empty.

T: Sounds perfect bossman. Let’s go

Ranboo then teleported each sentient SCP to the storage room mentioned above.

Foundation officers arrived at the storage room and sedated all entities 2 minutes and 32.4 seconds later. The ‘translator’ created by Underscore was confiscated and labeled as SCP-D-TU88O-1. When taken apart by researchers in order to find a possible way to translate [REDACTED], it was found to be made of honeycomb and live honeybees, which then attacked the researchers.

SCPs R4N800, T0MMY, and QU4CK1TY all increased in hostility. T0MMY held a D-Class hostage and demanded to know ‘what we had done to him’ in Incident T0MMY-5, recorded in a separate file.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-PH1LZ4 is contained in a modified humanoid containment cell. It’s cell is to be connected to the outdoor containment chambers so that it may be able to fly around freely. It is not to interact with SCP-W1L8UR outside of testing.

Description: SCP-PH1LZ4 is a humanoid entity resembling a crow. Its arm-like appendages are covered in feathers and function both as arms and hands, as well as wings. Its “fingers” are clawed, resembling a birds talons, but have the sae flexibility as human fingers. It has a second pair of crow-like wings attached to its back, which it can also use for flight. It resembles a human and presents human characteristics more often than other entities, and is classified as safe-thaumiel as it has no ill will towards other entities or researchers.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-W1L8UR is currently contained in a modified humanoid containment cell resembling a metro station, lit with red lights. A decommissioned metro train has been repurposed as the entance to its cell, completing the appearance of a metro station. This train is not to be moved at any time for any reason under any circumstances. SCP-W1L8UR’s anomalous effects are reduced in an area like this, the reason for this being unknown, though the entity is undergoing further testing to find the reason. It should be kept away from SCP-PH1LZ4, SCP-5CHL4TT, SCP-QU4CK1TY, and SCP-T0MMY in all non-testing situations.

Description: SCP-W1L8UR is a humanoid entity with brown hair and brown eyes. The entity is 2 meters (6.56 feet) in height. It is clothed with a brown trench coat with a yellow sweater underneath. After being reanimated by SCP-DR34M, its face appeared to be stitched back together, and it had a blue and red streak across its chest, also gaining a white streak in its hair and a reddish tint to its eyes. It is capable of opening its torso in the way a refrigerator can be opened and is able to store things inside itself. It is unknown how this is possible.

Addendum 1: DNA testing on SCP-W1L8UR has genetically linked it to SCP-PH1LZ4, and one of the facility’s refrigerators. We have no idea how it is linked to the refrigerator.

Addendum 2: Further testing on SCP-W1L8UR has revealed some of its anomalous properties can have severe negative mental effects on exposed subjects. More testing on these effects is currently underway.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8L4D3 is normally contained in a modified humanoid containment cell with heavily reinforced walls, with the entrance to its cell being heavily reinforced and constantly under guard. At the moment, it is in containment with SCP-DR43M in an attempt to communicate with him.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-R4N800 is to be kept in a modified humanoid containment cell without windows, thicker walls, and a ceiling of 8 meters in height due to its height being too tall for a standard humanoid containment cell. It is to only be fed plant matter, as it appears to be incapable of digesting meat. It appears to become seriously injured or rendered unconscious if it comes into contact with water. No tests involving water are allowed on this entity for any reason.

Description: SCP-R4N800 is a semi-furred, bipedal entity with two sharp horns protruding from its head, one black, and one white. It has two thin tails, also black and white, with both having tufts at their ends. Its fur color is split down the middle, with one half being black, and the other being white. Its height is 6.1 meters (20 feet). It seems to be capable of both speaking and understanding the English language, but its sentences are oftentimes broken or have misused words. It can also speak in a language identified as █████████.

The entity is capable of teleportation, and its containment cell was modified to prevent its escape. (See Incident R4N800-3)

Addendum 1: SCP-R4N800 is one of the tallest entities in the SMP Containment Facility at its height, and is one of the most human-like entities as well. It appears to like the name ‘Ranboo’, furthermore seeming to enter a calmer state when called by this name. All personnel interacting with and/or running tests on SCP-R4N800 have been approved to call the entity by ‘Ranboo’, as it does not seem to respond to, nor understand its number designation.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-DR34M is contained in a heavily modified humanoid containment cell built with obsidian walls, ceiling, and floor, that have sporadically placed crying obsidian blocks in said walls, floor, and ceiling. The entrance to his cell is to be blocked by lava at all times that he is not being interacted with, and he is not, under any circumstances, allowed to interact with SCP-T0MMY or SCP-54PN4P. Two heavily armed guards are to remain outside his cell at all times.

At the moment, he shares his containment cell with SCP-8L4D3.

Description: SCP-DR34M, previously known as Dr. Clay, the founder of the DSMP-1 facility, before a failed experiment on SCP-█████ caused him to be terminated. He at first appears to be a 33-centimeter (About one foot) tall white creature, with a cylindrical body and spherical head, having two dot eyes and a smile. (SCP-DR34M-A) He appears to be harmless in this form and uses his cute appearance to lure in personnel and prey. He also takes the form of the same creature, with inverted colors, and a black, viscous liquid that pools beneath him. This entity is the same height as SCP-DR34M-A. (SCP-DR34M-B) Spikes and tentacles occasionally emerge from this liquid. The main form he takes, however, is a 1.93 meter (6.3 feet) tall lime green humanoid, with a white, sphere-shaped head that floats above his head. He has white hands, with fingers resembling claws. His torso and part of his upper body appear to have a derpy-looking creature resembling SCP-DR34M-A on it, but the mouth appears to stretch along most of his torso. He is capable of opening this mouth at any time. He has tentacles made up of the same black liquid secreted from SCP-DR34M-B and can use them to disable prey and attackers. (SCP-DR34M C)
