Hi there! I saw the snippet of code you posted where you had a script that changed the sprite indexes of objects based on their precise location and just wanted to say, just in case you didn’t know, that you could use an instance’s creation code (should be near the parents option iirc idk not at my computer rn) to define the sprite there per-instance! That way they wouldn’t be location based and wouldn’t cause issues if you decided to relocate an object :3 sorry if you already knew that, I just love GM and like sharing knowledge about it ;w;
Hey!! Yeah, I know. I have absolutely no idea of what made me think back then that manually checking the position of all objects in the room would be better than using the instance's creation code. Maybe it's because I'd usually make the game very late at night with only two and a half braincells working after burning all the other ones playing Terraria for eleven hours straight...?
