We are unbelievably excited to release "Target Weight" into the world today. After months and months of writing, practicing, and recording; after running into so many unexpected road blocks; after hours of dubbing tapes and making them up by hand, we are finally ready to show you who we are. "Target Weight" is twenty minutes of emotional and aggressive music that was written to please the creative void we were feeling in ourselves during the winter and spring of 2014. While keeping the mindset of writing the most honest music we could, we pushed ourselves both as players and people out of some of our comfort zones and into DRUSE. Without the help and support of our friends we wouldn't have been able to do that. Thank you so much to Apollonia Saintclaire for the use of her artwork as the cover, Jon Markson at the Gallery Recording Studios for mixing our music, Doug Zogby for recording it, Dave at the Gardwell House for mastering it, and Jared Johnson at Sore Ear Collective for helping us make physical copies of our music.
