Nice video on the cross choke from mount.  I like the detail for sliding in that first hand, trapping your opponents arm with your leg, and avoiding the umpa.

Nice variation to the standard guillotine.  We drilled this is class the other day and it does seem to make the squeeze tighter.  I've never had much success with the arm in guillotine so I'll be playing with this to see if I can get it to work for me.  Over the years, I've been able to train with Denny several times.  He's super technical and is very clear and methodical with his instruction.  

I don't get to go against guys who use the rubber guard too often, but good to know some defense.
