I’m not sure how many people are reading my blog or checking my Facebook Fan page.  I originally I had the intentions of chronicling all of my experiences with getting into FPV flight.  Unfortunately, I’ve hit a ton of roadblocks in attempting to become a decent FPV Pilot.  

I really thought that with my background in electronics and computers I would be able to get up and running in no time.  I was sadly mistaken.  From March 2015 through July 2016 I spent so much time trying to figure out what to build so i could learn how to fly.  I then built the Goby from Ready Made RC. That quad was a tank.  In November 2016 I got started down the road of Micro quads (Quadcopters under 110 mm wheelbase)  This is by far the most fun I’ve had.  I bought a custom frame off of a guy from facebook.  I flew this most of the winter.  For my birthday I built a new microdrone.  The Creampuff from Airblade UAV.  

Last month I pulled the trigger and bought a DVR for my goggles. Now I can record my flights.   I have two working micro quads and they are my go to quadcopters. Now that I have something to fly and something to record I will be posting some flight videos.
