actual translation: while this might not be canon because my memory of earlier bfdia and tpot is admittedly very foggy and could just be my au i was thinking about the origins of evil leafy and i considered the fact that it could be due to leafy being exposed to yoylelite/yoyleite energy herself somehow. she is in yoyleland after all

also going off of a theory I saw from mr. jack cosmovain a while ago about evil leafy resembling the algebraliens (her eyes + her inner mind world) due to the potential extreme exposure to yoylellite. and pondering that today i thought that maybe it could be because el could just Straight Up be made of yoylelite energy

and while usually using yoylelite powers requires a bunch of focus i feel like since leafy probably wouldn't actually know that the yoylellite was anything other than a strange rock (who's there to tell her otherwise) it becomes more subconscious than anything and the whole el being a physical manifestation of leafy's angst/stress/emotional repression bleeding out happens. yk. it would also explain a lot of their supernatural abilities (maybe also the fact that leafy herself can teleport too?). i personally hc that leafy is still very much a system if this were the case it's just that the yoylelite amplifies it to el gaining her own distinct body from leafy in particular

and with the idfb theories floating around in my brain constantly i could see that yoyle energy being like. released? freed from leafy? somehow? when el potentially gets buried and like becomes separate from leafy/one with the city(?). so we don't actually see el or anything leafy yoyle energy related afterwards

the main thing that bothers me about this though is like. you'd think that it would be mentioned in tpot somewhere if leafy was involved with the yoylelite. while they do allude to the idfb city a lootttttt especially in tpot 22. (the episode right before the supposed huge "defeat one" saga) idk you'd think SOMEONE would mention something about it. one makes a dig at leafy or something at minimum. golf ball explodes. like why wouldn't they be able to use the yoyle energy from/using the city (maybe it's just combined with the city so well that you can't get it back out). not to mention idk when and how leafy would actually be able to get ahold of the yoylelite. i'm still trying to figure out how it would even work and i should absolutely be rewatching earlier bfdia and tpot (and even bfb in general) before i really like. place my bets. idk i thought it could potentially be an idea but liek. until i confirm my sources or if more shit happens in future episodes to encourage this then this has #my au status

i also say the baby is born strictly because of el being created at that time, not necessarily that she's a child. tbf if el was mentally a teenager and had to go through All Of That i think it would be enough to Kill Me For Real. god.
