The Caverns of Cthulhu. Always wanted to try and make a totally traditional animation. Even though this one is part of Inktober the background painting was done in Gouache. I always love having an excuse to try new things and I’d never painted with Gouache before. It made for a great ending to a great month of Inktober!

I saw some guy on the subway who really seemed to be having a hard time. He looked well maintained on the outside at a casual glance but as I looked at him more closely he really seemed to be quite sad. I'm not sure what was bothering him or what had happened but I hope things get better for him. I know a lot of people who have been through a lot of sadness and turmoil and I always wish them the best.
