ASK: This 'E' figure, who exactly are they? Why's Greed so against waking them up? If you don't wanna go alone, wouldn't it be better to have SOMEONE come with you?

ASK: Ok... so you guys are haunting this game, or did something just bring you there? Either way, it kinda how those creepypasya or exe stories go if you know what that is?

GREED: "Haunting" implies that we died. And I feel pretty damn alive. If anyone's haunting this game, it's Luca. Their fucking ghost is prolly what pulled us in here in the first place!

ASK: So, you two are both human? This might be a stupid question, but do you know how you got trapped in the game or at least the events leading up to you both getting trapped?

DREAM: Ah... well, the thing is... I can't really remember what happened to myself. I just woke up here one day.

GREED: Well I remember perfectly enough. Shittiest day of my life. We were all together in the room of... a former friend of ours. We'd just come back from their funeral, so the mood was weird, and nobody really wanted to say anything. It was the first time we've all actually been together in years since... Well, anyway, I think I was clearing out their computer for them when I noticed the game. SoulSilver was actually the game that helped us become friends. I thought it'd be a good idea if we all played it, at least to take our minds off of everything. And then... uh... I don't actually know what happened next. But then I woke up here.

ASK: Bro reset reschmet. You could be fighting to potentially free all the people that might be in this damned game, and yet your over here whining about what could be you're first opportunity in what I can only presume to be a LONG time. The best you can do is TRY, and you're not even gonna do THAT. Maybe that's why you guys haven't got out yet.

GREED: Excuse me!? You don't know SHIT about us! About what we went through. Do you understand how tired we are?? There's a reason that only two of us are even still here right now! Whatever. I'm not in the mood to deal with any of this.

ASK: Wait, I'm a bit confused. Are you guys actually alive? Because you seem very complex for a bunch of game code. Are you like AI pokemon or something?

GREED: I, DREAM... did you even tell them?

ASK: Then maybe we can just catch some normal Pokemon? Though, now that I think about it, I never did ask why the party slot was glitched...

DREAM: Oh, this I do actually know! I think it's meant to be that way. It's supposed to remind us that there's always going to be someone missing. A slot that can never be filled, a Pokemon that will never be caught. Our party will always be incomplete.

GREED: "Catch some normal Pokemon", pfft, right. Saying that like we're... DREAM, no.

DREAM: But this might be the chance we've been waiting for!

GREED: Dude, over half of our team isn't even here!

DREAM: Nuh-uh! Only, like, two of them aren't here. If we just wake up E-

GREED: Nope, no way are we waking him up. I thought we all agreed we were gonna rest this time around!

DREAM: But when are we ever gonna get this chance again?? The trainer's right there and we haven't been brought back to the last save! Something is different this time, shouldn't we at least try?

ASK: Oh, wait, that's REALLY bad actually. Dream's ability most likely activates on enter, and Greed can't take too much damage. We need to find rare candies or something. I think giving a LV.100 Pokemon a Rare Candy can still evolve them, but I might be thinking of later generations.

DREAM: Oh, I can't evolve. None of us can. At least, we've never been able to. I wish I could. I wouldn't mind being a TYPHLOSION! I miss being tall...

ANON: So Dream, you just flat-out can't be sent into battle without risking who you are then? And Greed-- can't get low HP.

GREED: That about sums it up, at least for me.

DREAM: Honestly, I don't think my ability's ever activated? It says that I'm supposed to get confused, but... I never do?

GREED: Lmao. Brag.

ASK: So uh. I JUST remembered that Pokemon had Abilities. And last time I checked, you two don't get those abilities in the regular HG/SS. What do they do?

GREED: BULLSHIT!!! They do BULLSHIT is what they do!

ASK: Sup. We have zero idea where this game came from. And now we wanna get anyone "alive" out of here kinda I think??? Actually, now that I think about it, who's the Champion were gonna have to fight? If all the trainers are still from the game, I'm guessing either Lance or Red? And can we get to know more about our new Flaaffy friend?

GREED: Is it... is it talking to us?

DREAM: They can understand us now.

ASK: With how buggy this "game" might be? HELL no. Were gonna need some more party members if were gonna get you and any survivors out of this "game". Let's hope that PokeCenters and PokeMarts are normal, because otherwise, we might be screwed.

ASK: Oh! So this is a rom hack of Soulsilver? Do yo know what Luca was trying to create?

DREAM: Honestly? I have no clue. Whatever they were trying to do, it clearly didn't work.

ASK: "The only way out is through"... Beating the Champion? Completing the Pokedex? There are a lot of ways to go "through" a Pokemon game, even if it isn't the real deal.
