I’m looking for 10 volunteers to test my Fresh 40 plan.

It is a 40 plan which focuses on getting you into better eating and workout habits.

The Fresh 40 includes a 40 day meal plan, shopping lists, recipes and substitutes. It also includes a workout plan with options for 4,5 or 6 workouts per week.

As this is in the testing phase I need people who will be able to commit to the eating/workout plan for the full 40 days, starting on the 10th of November, finishing on the 20th of December.

Can we bring that back? I literally met some of the best people.
