Hi anon! I will help you as much as I can!
Everything I bought, I bought from the original online stores, which ship domestically to Japan, and then I used a package forwarding service called Tenso to consolidate all my packages into one single package and then ship it to me. (if you use Tenso, make sure to keep track of what you buy and the yen cost of each item you bought for the customs form)
A lot of the online stores I bought from also work with a company called Buyee, or something similar, which will ship internationally on the store’s behalf. I’ve never used Buyee, though, so I don’t know exactly how it works, but if a store has Buyee as an option, you’ll see it when you go to add the item to your cart.
If you don’t like the idea of either of those, there are websites like AmiAmi, Suruguya, and Goods Republic, which will ship directly to most countries. They might have what you’re looking for, but all my sources will need something like Buyee or Tenso if you live outside Japan.
Unfortunately I can’t provide a link for the Tree Village collab merch, the ones with Kadokura and Kirawus making food with an animal, because it was limited time and the link to the store has already been taken down.
For the items I bought from BOOTH (basically pixiv’s Japanese Etsy), this is what I bought:

You can also buy doujin from Otaku Republic, which is a reseller store, along with Goods Republic, that sells used doujin that’s sold out in other stores for a serious upcharge. They’ll ship internationally for free, though.
