Last season I had a ridiculous variety of pepper plants (hydro and soil) that I had sooo many (over 13 different types) I didn't know what to do with them. This season I'm sticking with the ones that thrived and the ones we actually consumed. #hydroponics #hydrosquash #hydroeggplant
The dynamics of the pull are a bit different with stationary band swimming; the finish is much easier in regular swimming because one has already established forward momentum by the time they reach the end of the pull cycle. With the bands, (depending on how much tension you've generated) one has constant resistance throughout the pull. You're moving water (with the bands) rather than moving through the water. 62 minute swim, and 20 minute interval session on my rollers. #ironmansantarosa #swimiscomingalong #stationaryswimming
Steak, eggs, and avocado after a short but intense interval session on the fluid trainer. At this point in my race prep, the primary focus is on long race simulations (swim/bike/run) and big bricks (bike/run).
