I honestly need to be more people friendly and stop hiding away.

That can probably be said for many of the residents here 

I’m looking forward to it, for sure. I know Sasha will just love it - she enjoys the beach as much as I do.

We have that in common, there's no place as relaxing as the beach. 

We’re camping out in a secluded part of the beach all weekend. I know it’ll be fun. Still real nervous, though.

That sounds like a very nice weekend indeed. 

It’s nerve racking. I’ve never been on a date before. I’ve never even kissed someone before she kissed me. She is in the house, yes. Natalie.

You seem like a sweet young lady, I"m sure you'll do just fine. First times are wonderful experiences in most cases. 

She’s very much more to me than just a guide dog. We actually have a date this weekend that I think she’ll love more than I will. [laughs]

Oh well, that's exciting. Someone here in the house or? 

Society would be right this time, though - she is my guide dog. Trained in the academy and all that good stuff. I just don’t use the leash or any leash with Sasha.

That's true, but I can already tell that she's a lot more than that to you. 

[chuckles, smiling down at the dog, who’s tail is hitting her leg] Her name’s Sasha. She’s my best friend, though, society sees her as my guide dog. Will you be living in the mansion, Dr. Edwards?

It's nice to meet you both. [she smiles and holds her hand out fot Sasha to sniff.] Society hardly ever sees things for what they really are. She's lovely. Yes, I will be staying here. Though separated from the residence. They'd added offices and rooms for myself and one other Dr on the top floor. 

Woah! We have counselors now? That’s new. Well, welcome to the house. We’re all a bit mad around here. I’m Levi. 

Two of us, though I am not sure when the other will be arriving. Thank you levi. In that case I guess I am needed here after all. 

You look official. Who are you?

And here I was thinking I'd fit right in [she teases] I'm Dr. Edwards, but feel free to call me Catherine. I'm the new counselor. 

That’s exactly “doing your thing”. 

I'm sure I will see you around. 

It’s nice to meet you, Dr. Edwards. [smiles at her, holding out her hand] I’m Naomi.

Hello Naomi [she takes her hand and shakes] It's nice to meet you. and who's this? [she asks as Sasha sniffs her] 

Okay. Well, do your thing then.

I won't be starting officially until tomorrow morning. 

But they are crazy!

Crazy by definition is an individual that is mentally deranged usually presenting in aggressive outbursts. I doubt there is much of that happening around here. 

Because people around here need help.

I think my presence here speaks to the truth of that statement and the fact that it was already known. 

I guess that would make sense.  Some of the people here are Craaaazy.  A shrink might do them some good. 

Little advice people don't like being called crazy.
