I have always been a steady gymrat but never had any set goals. I have been able to stay in shape and maintain a healthy life but since starting this @1stphorm athlete search competition I have seen myself grow transform and go way outside of my comfort zone in the gym. I have taken clients on again and started to look at competitions. I want to be apart of the @1stphorm family to inspire others. I know so many people that get annoyed when people ask them questions about diet, exercise, or anything fitness related when they are in the gym. I love it when people ask me! I have been lifting for years and have dedicated the last 6 years to studying the science behind fitness in college.
