#it's only been five years #neptune draws things

looking at these, i don't even need to check the dates to know what timeframe they were drawn in (late 2011-2012, the point at which my vision was rapidly deteriorating)

it's amazing

i might try redrawing that one at the top

#haven't been able to see the specialist in years but the last time i went they said there had been decent recovery of the optic nerve #there are still parts of the nerve that are just dead or scarred and that won't get better #but the fact any bit of it was able to bounce back is just so cool #sketchbook hours
